Jacqueline Kelly is a Chartered Professional Accountant, a Certified General Accountant and a principal of The Entertainment and Media Finance Group Inc. (“TEAM”). TEAM serves producers and distributors with innovative interim financing, merger and acquisition, international production structuring and financial advisory services.
Jacqueline has comprehensive experience including corporate finance, budgeting, cash management and corporate planning, feature film, television and animation production, distribution, book publishing and music manufacturing and publishing. She is a regular speaker at industry panels and educational seminars.
A financing specialist, Jacqueline has expertise in government agency incentives and structuring, financing and managing domestic and international film and television productions. She has been involved in excess of one hundred feature film and television productions in a career that spans more than twenty years in the entertainment industry and worked with companies such as P.S. Production Services, Catalyst Entertainment Inc., GFT Entertainment and Wing on Wing Inc. where she served as EP on over 20 feature films.
Jacqueline received her Chartered General Accountant designation from The Certified General Accountants Association of Canada in 1999.
